This easy to make puff pastry pizza has a golden, flaky crust topped with a rich tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella.
The puff pastry base is light and crisp, adding a buttery texture that pairs perfectly with the savory toppings. Thin slices of red onion add a touch of sweetness and color, caramelizing slightly as the pizza bakes.
